By accessing and using the UmemeNuru website ("the Site") and purchasing our products, including Wireless Mice, Headphones, and Bluetooth Speakers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. UmemeNuru reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described. To be eligible, you must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
