Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our default and only shipping method. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping, local pickup, or free shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframes & Coverage

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (Within the country): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

These timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Address & Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed at customs), we will contact you via email. A refund for the product cost will be issued, minus the original shipping fee and any return handling charges incurred.
