At UmemeNuru, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our Wireless Mice, Headphones, and Bluetooth Speakers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note that certain items, such as specially discounted or clearance products, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following, unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Headphones with ear tips that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.
- Any product where the original serial number or warranty seal has been tampered with or removed.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number inside the package.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including prepaid return shipping labels if necessary.
